Returns and Refunds Policy

We take product integrity seriously, especially for collectible card items. To ensure fairness and protect all our customers, please carefully read our updated policy below.

(a) Returns – Not Accepted

Due to the nature of collectible card products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. This is because:

  • Cards are vulnerable to damage or tampering once opened.

  • We cannot verify whether a returned product has been altered, swapped, or compromised.

  • Card value may fluctuate based on rarity or edition, making return acceptance unfair to all collectors.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it. All sales are final once shipped.

(b) Refunds – Only for Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order was damaged during shipping.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue at service@777collect.com.
To help protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a video during the unboxing process (especially if you purchased pack-opening products). We may require this footage as part of the evidence when reviewing your claim.
Our team will review your case and process a refund within 7 working days once the claim is approved.

Note: Claims made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

(c) Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting service@777collect.com. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

(d) Customized or Limited-Edition Items

Customized cards (e.g., numbered, signed, or event-exclusive cards) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
